RACE INFORMATION

EVENT DETAILS

Sip Plus Games Duo Edition 2026 will take place on October 24-25, 2026 at The Filinvest Tent. The Event is open to eligible participants who successfully complete the official registration process and payment requirements within the registration period. Registration slots are limited and will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis.

REGISTRATION

Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of an official confirmation email. Participants must provide complete and accurate information during registration and may only compete in the category and division they officially registered for. Each Duo team is responsible for ensuring that all team member information is accurate and complete.

Important: Registration fees are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or failure to attend the Event.

ATHLETE CHECK-IN

All athletes are required to complete athlete check-in within the official schedule announced by the organizers. Participants may be required to present a valid government-issued ID and other registration documents. Failure to complete check-in within the designated schedule may result in forfeiture of the participant's slot without refund. Both members of each Duo team are responsible for completing all required check-in procedures.

HEATS AND START TIMES

Official heat assignments and start times will be released three (3) days before the Event. Athletes are responsible for checking official Sip Plus Games communication channels for their assigned schedule and updates. Participants must report to the designated assembly or starting area on time. Athletes who fail to report on time may be marked DNS (Did Not Start) and may no longer be accommodated in succeeding heats. The organizers reserve the right to adjust heat assignments and start times when necessary for operational, safety, or competition requirements.

RACE RULES AND CONDUCT

All athletes must comply with the official Event rules, workout standards, judge instructions, and safety protocols. Unsportsmanlike conduct, cheating, abusive behavior, or any action that compromises fairness or safety may result in penalties, disqualification, or removal from the Event without refund. The organizers reserve the right to review scores, penalties, workout standards, and judging decisions before finalizing official results. Organizer and judging decisions regarding Event operations, competition, penalties, and results shall be considered final.

SPECTATOR PASSES

Spectator passes are subject to availability and venue capacity limits. It is the athlete's responsibility to secure spectator passes for their guests or plus ones in advance through the official ticketing platform. The organizers are not responsible for securing or guaranteeing spectator passes. Once spectator passes are sold out, no additional passes, exceptions, refunds, or compensation will be provided. Entry to the venue requires a valid spectator pass or confirmation.

SAFETY

Participation in Sip Plus Games involves physical exertion and inherent risks, including injury, illness, accidents, permanent disability, or death. By participating, athletes voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Event. The organizers may administer or arrange emergency medical assistance when deemed necessary during the Event.

RACE KITS AND EVENT INCLUSIONS

Athletes are responsible for monitoring official announcements regarding race kit claiming schedules, inclusions, and claiming procedures. Unclaimed race kits, merchandise, or Event inclusions beyond the announced claiming period may no longer be accommodated. The organizers reserve the right to substitute Event items when necessary due to supply availability or operational considerations.

MEDIA AND CONTENT

By participating in or entering the Event venue, all athletes and spectators acknowledge and agree that they may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. The organizers may use their name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in Event-related content for promotional, marketing, advertising, documentation, and commercial purposes across all media platforms without compensation or prior approval.

PHOTOS AND EVENT COVERAGE

Official event photography is not included as a guaranteed inclusion in the athlete registration package. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide photo and media coverage throughout the Event and to capture as many athletes and moments as possible. However, due to the scale and flow of the Event, the organizers cannot guarantee that every athlete, Duo team, or moment will be photographed. The availability, timing, and distribution of event photos are subject to the organizers' coverage and operational limitations.

EVENT CHANGES, CANCELLATION, AND POSTPONEMENT

The organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, heats, venue arrangements, workout flow, categories, or other Event details when necessary due to operational, safety, venue, or unforeseen circumstances. The Event may also be cancelled, suspended, or postponed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers, including force majeure events. In the event of cancellation or postponement, the organizers reserve the right to reschedule the Event. Registration fees remain non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

PRIVACY

Personal information collected during registration and Event participation will be used for Event operations, participant communication, marketing activities, and legitimate business purposes in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and regulations.

FINAL AUTHORITY

Pacific Synergy Food and Beverage Corporation and the Sip Plus Games organizers reserve the right to interpret and enforce these Race Information and Event rules. All decisions regarding Event operations, participation, judging, penalties, disputes, and interpretation of these rules shall be considered final.
